I obtained my BSc Dietetics and Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics with Honors in South Africa. I have worked in South Africa, New Zealand and now in Sydney with a total of fourteen years experience. I have had experience with weight loss, weight gain in Eating Disorder clients, Diabetes, Hypertension and High cholesterol. I am interested in Nutrigenomics, Nutrigenetics, Fodmaps, Food Allergies and Children's Health. I am a Stanford Master Trainer in Chronic Health which equips the clients with tools to help manage and control their chronic health problems in a holistic manner.
